  • Efficiently managing client relationships and expectations through regular meetings and updates.

Civilization VII - VR

  • Team size: 25-40 members

  • ​Collaborated with a senior producer to deliver the project and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Responsible for running scrum ceremonies.

  • Worked with project leads to create project schedule and up-to-date work backlog.

Warfare Series

Producer

  • Team size: 5 members

  • Facilitated sprint ceremonies and adeptly managed Jira tickets to ensure the goals can be met on time.

  • Effective communication and expectation management with the Product Owner, ensuring the delivery of deliverables of commendable quality.

  • Skillfully handled communication with outsourced stakeholders, harmonizing their schedules with our comprehensive release plan.

Dumb Ways To Die: Dumb Choices

Producer

  • Team size: 5 members (internal), 8 members (external)

  • Collaborated extensively with an external Outsource team to conceptualize and create a mobile game under the "Dumb Ways To Die" franchise.

  • Streamlined communication channels between the Product Owner and the Outsource team, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of project expectations.

  • Facilitated efficient feedback delivery from the internal team to the Outsource team, optimizing the process of refining and enhancing the project.

Stand My Heroes (Traditional Chinese)

Localisation Manager

  • Team size: 6 members

  • Implemented refined adjustments to varying difficulty levels, enhancing users' overall gameplay experience.

  • Designed an innovative in-app purchase storefront, resulting in a noteworthy sales surge of over 100% during the first month of its launch.

  • Executed seamless maintenance sessions, characterized by an absence of any errors or oversights.
